1. Scope of Application

This statement applies to the use of services and materials of BizCoords j.d.o.o. by clients of BizCoords j.d.o.o. and employment at BizCoords j.d.o.o..

Please note that as part of improving our activities to enhance our services, additions to this data protection statement may be necessary. In such a case, we will inform you.

2. What Data is Collected and Transferred

The personal data we process includes information about you as a client, collected when you place an order and visit BizCoords j.d.o.o. or when you complete the Client Consent Form; information about you as an employee of BizCoords j.d.o.o. based on the Labor Law and other applicable regulations; during your payments via bank account; or during the establishment and execution of contractual relationships between you and BizCoords j.d.o.o., which can be directly or indirectly linked to you. This data includes: full name, phone number(s), residential address, email address, date of birth, OIB, bank details in case of bank payments.

Cookies

To improve your browsing experience on this website, we need to store a small amount of information (cookies) on your computer. Over 90% of all websites use this practice, but according to European Union regulations from March 25, 2011, we are obliged to ask for your consent before storing cookies. By using our website, you agree to the use of cookies. By blocking cookies, you can still browse the site, but some of its features will not be available to you.

What is a cookie? A cookie is information stored on your computer by the website you visit. Cookies usually save your settings, website settings, such as your preferred language. Later, when you open the same website again, the internet browser sends back the cookies belonging to that site. This allows the site to display information tailored to your needs.

The default activities of storing and sending cookies are not visible to you. However, you can change your internet browser settings so that you can choose whether to approve or reject requests for storing cookies, delete stored cookies automatically when closing the internet browser, and so on.

Google AdWords

This tool can be used to store website visits for promotional purposes (remarketing) on Google and the Display Network. Your browser stores cookies when you visit the website, which allows you to be recognized as a visitor when you load websites belonging to the Google network. On these pages, you, as a visitor, are offered ads related to content you have previously loaded on other websites that use Google’s remarketing options. You can refuse data collection through Google AdWords on the website http://www.google.com/settings/ads.

Google AdWords Conversion Tracking

This allows for the creation of conversion statistics that measure the effectiveness of our online advertising campaigns. A conversion tracking cookie is set when a user clicks on an ad placed by Google. According to Google’s data protection provisions, no personal data is processed. If you do not wish to participate in tracking, you can suspend the use of data for this purpose by deactivating Google’s conversion tracking cookie via the cookie usage settings in your web browser.

Please note that current internet browsers accept “cookies” according to standard, default settings. You can configure your browser settings to not allow all or only certain “cookies” or to ask for your approval before accepting a new “cookie.” Instructions for accepting “cookies” can be found in most browsers via the “help” option in the menu list. In these instructions, you will also find instructions for deleting already accepted “cookies.”

4. Conversion Measurement using Facebook Visitor Activity Tracking Pixel

As part of our online presence, the “Visitor Activity Tracking Pixel” from Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”) is used. This is a “cookie,” a small text file stored on your computer that can be loaded from your computer. It can be used to track user activities after they have viewed or clicked on an ad on Facebook. This allows for measuring the effectiveness of Facebook ads for statistical evaluations and market research. The data collected in this way is anonymous to us, meaning it cannot be linked to the user’s identity. However, this data is stored and processed by Facebook, so it can be linked to the respective user profile, and Facebook can use it for its own promotional purposes in accordance with Facebook’s Data Protection Statement (“http://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/”). You can allow Facebook and its partners to display ads on Facebook and outside of Facebook. For this purpose, a “cookie” will be stored on your computer. 5. Sharing

Our website integrates sharing fields for social networks Facebook, 1601 South California Avenue, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA, as well as Instagram, San Francisco, California, USA. Additionally, an email sharing field may also be integrated. You can recognize sharing fields by their logo.

Only when you click on the respective “sharing field” on our website (and only then) is a direct connection established between your browser and the server of the respective social network operator. According to the operators of the mentioned social networks, no personal data is collected by the social networks without clicking on the respective sharing field. Only for individuals logged into the respective social networks is this data, including the IP address, collected and processed. If you do not want your visit to our website to be linked to your social media user account, please log out of your account on the respective social network.

At this point, we emphasize that BizCoords j.d.o.o. has no insight into the content of the transferred data, nor its use by social networks. More information about data usage by social networks can be found in the Data Protection Statement of the mentioned social networks.

6. Use of Data

We use your personal data entirely in accordance with legal provisions.

Personal data that you provide to us when ordering and visiting BizCoords j.d.o.o., when completing your Client Consent Form, when making payments via bank, or when establishing and executing contractual relationships between you and BizCoords j.d.o.o., will be collected and processed exclusively within the scope of fulfilling our legal obligations (e.g., employee data that BizCoords j.d.o.o. is obliged to collect according to the Labor Law) or contractual obligations towards you based on your consent.

Once you give us your explicit consent, we will use your data for delivering materials related to the services in question, mutual communication, including birthday greetings, and related actions and activities, as well as to inform you about BizCoords j.d.o.o.’s service offerings, discount promotions, novelties, workshops, training, promotions, and for the purpose of promoting BizCoords j.d.o.o..

7. Data Security and Transfer

To protect your data, we use passwords, web firewalls, antivirus programs, and other security measures according to the current state of technology. When communicating via email, data security during transmission can only be guaranteed according to the current state of technology.

Client data specified in the Client Consent Form is stored in the original statement and in electronic form. The originals of these statements are stored in a locked cabinet, and access to the list of BizCoords j.d.o.o. clients and client data from the statement stored in electronic form is password-protected. The retention period for the mentioned data is two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with BizCoords j.d.o.o..

The originals of the Client Consent Forms are mechanically destroyed after two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with BizCoords j.d.o.o..

Access to the list of client data and Client Consent Forms is granted to the director of BizCoords j.d.o.o. as the responsible person and employees of BizCoords j.d.o.o., as such access is necessary for fulfilling BizCoords j.d.o.o.’s obligations and services to the respective clients, and is regulated in accordance with applicable legislation. Every client has the right to inspect their personal data contained in the list of BizCoords j.d.o.o. clients and processed about them (e.g., in the list of service users).

Personal data provided by the client for payment via bank is collected in electronic form and stored on a computer, with access protected by a password. The director of BizCoords j.d.o.o. has access to this data. The retention period for this data is determined in accordance with applicable regulations, especially accounting regulations.

Collected personal data is retained for as long as necessary to fulfill the purpose of data collection and processing. Client data specified in the Client Consent Form, collected for the purpose of sending notifications about BizCoords j.d.o.o. services and its promotion, is retained until the client withdraws consent, and no later than two years from the date of the client’s last interaction with BizCoords j.d.o.o..

Responsible persons and employees of BizCoords j.d.o.o. who have the right and authorization to access personal data collected by BizCoords j.d.o.o. commit, by signing a Confidentiality Statement, to permanently maintain the confidentiality of personal data and to act in accordance with applicable legislation and BizCoords j.d.o.o. rules.

Your personal data may be forwarded / entrusted to certain contractual partners of BizCoords j.d.o.o., should BizCoords j.d.o.o. decide to engage them.

Specifically, we may engage certain partners to fulfill our obligations (e.g., accounting services) and services, communicate with members, manage our online presence and access, and fulfill any of the purposes stated in this Statement. Your personal data will be forwarded to a contractual partner of BizCoords j.d.o.o. if it is necessary for the execution of a specific service related to you. We will carefully select these contractual partners to ensure lawful and secure data processing. Furthermore, these contractual partners will be obliged to use your personal data only for specific purposes in accordance with our instructions and in accordance with Croatian legal provisions on personal data protection. The use of data by contractual partners for any other purposes is excluded.

We will not forward your personal data to other persons except the aforementioned contractual partners, unless you have given your consent for it.

Given the nature, scope, purpose of collection, use, and processing of personal data by BizCoords j.d.o.o., including the fact that the collection, use, and processing is not extensive, nor are special categories of personal data collected, and BizCoords j.d.o.o. and its services are not subject to the legal obligation to appoint a data protection officer, BizCoords j.d.o.o. does not have such an officer appointed.

8. Right of Revocation, Information Provision, Data Change, and Contact

By signing the Client Consent Form or by using our website, you agree to the use of your personal data in the manner described in the aforementioned Client Consent Form and this Data Protection Statement.

Furthermore, in accordance with applicable personal data protection legislation and the rights it grants you as the owner of personal data, which BizCoords j.d.o.o. has informed you about, you also have the right to access, rectify, erase, or restrict the processing of your personal data; the right to withdraw your consent for the use of your personal data at any time in the future without stating a reason; as well as the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. Withdrawal of consent is done in writing (by letter or email) to the following publicly available headquarters address: BizCoords j.d.o.o., Miramarska cesta 107, 10 000 Zagreb, or . Such withdrawal will prevent future use of your personal data by BizCoords j.d.o.o..
